It features 4 bedrooms (including 2 master rooms), a spacious living room, majlis, and 4 bathrooms. Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool for adults and kids with a heating system, and a relaxing steam sauna.

Additional highlights include a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, outdoor seating by the pool and waterfall, a traditional winter tent, and a kids’ play area. The retreat also offers a laundry and ironing room, traditional clay oven (tannour), free Wi-Fi, a football field, and a volleyball court.

It’s the perfect destination for families seeking privacy, luxury, and a variety of activities all in one place.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please adhere to the following rules:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.
• Throwing stones or waste into the swimming pool or fish pond is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed inside the property.
• Hosting parties without prior approval from the owner is strictly prohibited.
• The place must be used in accordance with legal regulations and public etiquette.
• Playing loud music outside the premises is not permitted.
• Moving furniture (indoor or outdoor) from its original place is not allowed

🕒 Check-in and Check-out Policy

• A AED 200 fee will be deducted for the first hour of late check-out.
• The full security deposit will be withheld if the check-out delay exceeds one hour after 12:00 AM (for non-overnight stays) or 12:00 PM (for overnight stays).
• Entry is not permitted unless the booking is fully confirmed and paid.
• Any changes to the booking date must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
• The property must be returned in the same condition as received; any damages or violations of the rules will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

🔺 Violation of any of the above rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

📌 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
• No-shows on the day of booking are considered a full cancellation with no refund.

⚠️ Maximum Guest Capacity:
• Overnight Stay: 20 guests only
• Day Use: Up to 25 guests maximum
