These Terms of Use apply to your use of Lodging's website and platform and the services provided through it. Your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms, including all referenced policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the website or its services.

Definitions:

  • "Lodging" refers to Lodging Electronic Transactions Group, a UAE-registered company in Dubai, license number 1186255.

  • "Website" refers to Lodging's websites and mobile applications.

Key Terms:

  • The Terms of Use may be updated from time to time and published on the website.

  • These terms form the full agreement between you and Lodging and supersede prior agreements.

Services Provided by Lodging: Lodging provides an online platform for browsing and booking temporary accommodations (e.g., chalets, farms, camps, boats, lodges). Bookings are made in advance using credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or other payment methods. Booking constitutes an offer to reserve the property at the listed price and terms. A booking is confirmed once accepted by the accommodation provider, and confirmation is sent via email and/or SMS.

Information provided on the site is based on data received from property owners or their representatives. Lodging is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such data and is not liable for any errors or service interruptions. Property owners are responsible for updating all property information on the platform.

Lodging does not endorse or guarantee any accommodation listed on the platform. The label "Preferred Partner" may be used for certain accommodations that participate in a visibility program.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Cancellations by the property

  • Unauthorized resale

  • Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity

  • Legal restrictions or government sanctions

  • Technical or manual errors (e.g., clear pricing mistakes)

In such cases, a full refund will be issued unless unauthorized use or abuse occurred, in which case no refund will be given.

You may be restricted (temporarily or permanently) from using the platform at our discretion.

Terms of Use: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal, revocable license to access and use the platform for legitimate bookings only. You agree not to:

  • Make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings

  • Use bots or scraping tools

  • Reproduce or distribute platform content

  • Abuse or harm the platform or its users

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Upload illegal or harmful content

Pricing Policy:

  • Prices shown are for accommodation only unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional fees such as local taxes, deposits, or services may apply.

  • In case of cash payment, an 11.4% non-refundable deposit is collected online.

  • Refunds are processed with deductions depending on payment method and timing.

Payments: By completing a booking, you authorize Lodging to charge the full amount using the provided payment method. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Age minimum for booking is 18+.

If installment options are available, they are handled by third-party facilitators like Tabby or Tamara under their own terms.

Unsuccessful payments may be resolved via alternative methods. Contact support for assistance.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • A 2.5% booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Refunds follow the cancellation policy of the accommodation.

  • A cancellation after confirmation via third-party payment gateways may incur an 8.9% + 2.5% deduction.

Additional Information:

  • Special requests or accessibility needs must be confirmed directly with the accommodation.

  • Promotional codes cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

  • Reviews may be edited or removed by Lodging, and all submitted content becomes the property of Lodging.

Disclaimers: Lodging provides all content and services “as is” and disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lodging is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Errors, outages, or viruses

  • Misuse or unauthorized access

  • Service limitations or unavailability

Intellectual Property: Lodging trademarks and platform content are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts in Dubai.
