Our farm is the ideal destination for those seeking peace and relaxation amidst nature. Located in a quiet area surrounded by natural beauty, the lounge combines modern design with comfort to create a truly memorable experience.

Whether you're planning a family gathering, a private event, or simply looking to unwind, the space offers a wide range of features including:
• A private swimming pool
• Kids' play area
• Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating
• Open space for football and celebrations
• Free parking for all guests

Swimming Pool Specifications:
• Total size: 8m x 8m
• Divided into two sections:
– 3m x 8m with a shallow depth of 0.5 meters (ideal for kids)
– 5m x 8m with a depth of 1.2 meters (for adults)

📋 Lounge Rules:
• Check-out must be on time. A fee of AED 50 per hour will apply for late check-out.
• Keep the farm clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Tenants will be held responsible for any damage caused to the farm or its property.
• The farm must be used in accordance with general etiquette and legal standards.
• Only charcoal is allowed for fire in designated BBQ areas—wood is strictly prohibited.
• The owner is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.
• Moving furniture from its original position is not allowed.

💧 Swimming Pool Guidelines:
• No smoking near or inside the pool area.
• Eating and drinking in or around the pool are prohibited.
• No running, jumping, or rough play near the pool.
• Shower before and after using the pool.
• Urination in the pool is strictly prohibited.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Do not litter or dispose of waste in or near the pool.
• Respect pool safety to ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being.

⚠️ Maximum Guest Capacity:
• Overnight Stay: Up to 12 guests
• Day Use (No overnight): Up to 15 guests
