• The pool is designed to offer a safe and comfortable swimming experience in a private setting, with a gradual depth suitable for different age groups.

⚠️ Maximum Guest Capacity:
• Overnight Stay: Up to 25 guests
• Day Use: Up to 50 guests maximum

🔒 Farm Rules & Conditions:
• A refundable security deposit of AED 1,000 is required after booking confirmation.
• Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect the property’s facilities.
• Check-out must be done on time to avoid deductions from the deposit.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the indoor areas.
• Loud noise or music should be minimized to maintain the peaceful environment.
• Children must be supervised, especially near the pool and outdoor areas.
• No alcohol or fireworks are allowed.
• Any damage to the property or violation of the rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
