Cancellation / change booking and insurance policy

**Deposit and Refund Policy:** - A deposit of 500 AED is required after booking confirmation via bank transfer. - The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout. **Al Nakhil Farm Rules:** - Dispose of any violations in the trash. - Feeding or harming animals is strictly prohibited; the renter will be responsible for any damage costs. - Do not damage or destroy the farm’s property. - Do not place grills or barbecue equipment on the grass. - Children must not be left unattended. - Adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. - The owner is not responsible for any loss of personal items within the farm. - Ensure payment of the full deposit amount. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and lounges. - In case of damage to the farm’s property, the renter will be responsible for the costs, which will be deducted from the deposit. - Exercise caution to ensure children do not approach the pool unsupervised.
