⚠️ Maximum Guest Capacity:
• Overnight Stay: Up to 7 guests maximum
• Day Use (No overnight): Up to 7 guests maximum
Please adhere to the specified capacity to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests. If the number of guests exceeds the stated capacity, additional charges will apply.
📌 Security Deposit Policy:
A AED 500 security deposit is required after booking confirmation via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout, provided the farm is left clean, undamaged, and free of any violations.
📌 Palm Farm Rules:

All waste must be disposed of in the designated trash bins.

It is strictly prohibited to feed or harm the animals. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.

No vandalism or damage to the farm’s property.

Do not place the barbecue grill directly on the grass.

Children must not be left unattended at any time.

Adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times.

The owner is not responsible for any lost items inside the farm.

Guests must pay the full amount and the security deposit as agreed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and majlis areas.

If any property damage occurs, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit.

Please exercise caution and supervise children near the swimming pool at all times.
