A fully equipped kitchen is available for meal preparation, along with a separate area for outdoor barbecues and dining.

A highlight of the property is the large private swimming pool with a heating system, complemented by a kids’ play yard and spacious outdoor lounging areas. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, clean bathroom facilities (7 in total), and a tranquil atmosphere that blends luxury with nature.

• A refundable security deposit of AED 1,000 is required after booking confirmation.
• Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect the property’s facilities.
• Check-out must be done on time to avoid deductions from the deposit.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the indoor areas.
• Loud noise or music should be minimized to maintain the peaceful environment.
• Children must be supervised, especially near the pool and outdoor areas.
• No alcohol or fireworks are allowed.
• Any damage to the property or violation of the rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
