Your experience is elevated by a well-maintained swimming pool prepared to the highest hygiene and safety standards, with clean water provided before every booking. Clear rules are in place for using the pool to guarantee everyone’s comfort and security—from showering before swimming and wearing proper swimwear to maintaining cleanliness and supervising children at all times.

The property offers all the essential comforts guests need to spend enjoyable moments together, while also maintaining a respectful atmosphere. Raising loud music or using speakers to disturb neighbors is strictly prohibited to preserve the serenity of the surroundings.

🔹 A security deposit of AED 1,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded after verifying the cleanliness and condition of the property and confirming check-out at the scheduled time.
