• A spacious living room ideal for group gatherings
• A fully equipped kitchen for preparing homemade meals
• A storage room for personal items
• Five bathrooms thoughtfully distributed for guests’ comfort
Every corner of the villa is designed with your relaxation in mind, offering privacy, cleanliness, and a calm environment for all guests.

Loud noise is not allowed. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.

Maintain cleanliness and dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Smoking and shisha are only permitted in outdoor areas. Pets and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. No oils, creams, or waste should be introduced into the water.

All parties or gatherings must be coordinated in advance with the owner, including guest count and occasion type.

A security deposit of AED 1,000 is required before check-in and will be refunded after verifying the condition of the property.

Check-out time is 11:30 AM. Late check-out or rule violations will result in deductions from the deposit.
⚠️ Maximum Guest Capacity:
• Overnight Stay: Up to 8 guests only
• Day Use (No overnight): Up to 20 guests maximum
